Calvin Klein's on/off boyfriend Nick Gruber is heading to rehab after he was charged with drug possession following a bust-up at his New York apartment, according to U.S. reports.
The 22-year-old model, who has been dating the designer sporadically for several years, was arrested after he allegedly punched pal Calvin Swintin the early hours of Tuesday (24Apr12).
Gruber allegedly resisted arrest and officers found cocaine at the scene, and he appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday evening to answer to three charges.
On Wednesday (25Apr12) Gruber left his apartment to check into rehab, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
