But if Cameron did ever decided to become a mother, she wouldn't have to look far for a father.
Despite splitting from British model Paul Sculfor last month after a year-long relationship, someone of Cameron's beauty will never stay single for long.
Since the break-up from Paul, the blonde star - who has previously had relationships with Matt Dillon, Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake - is now said to be dating Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
But Cameron isn't afraid of being alone and says she is always happy to end a relationship if it isn't working.
"You always find the person who you're meant to be with at that time in your life," she added. "What I've also found is that you have to move on from those people at certain times, because that's the way it happens.
"For me personally, there's nothing wrong with that. A lot of people find themselves trapped in something that they've outgrown and are unhappy. And they don't know how to get out of it because they think that they're supposed to make it happen."
But while Cameron doesn't need a man to make her happy, the one thing she couldn't live without is her family.
She admits she's struggling to come to terms with the death of her beloved father Emilio, who died of pneumonia in April 2008.
With her dad no longer around, Cameron appreciates the love and support of her family even more and doesn't think she could live without them.
She has said: "The most important thing to me in life is the same as it's always been - my family and friends."
So while many other stars measure their happiness by money and success, Cameron seems to know what's really important in life, and while she keeps this attitude, she can sit back and wait for yet more accolades and honours to come her way.
