In her new movie 'I Want Candy', the brunette beauty stars with British comedians Jimmy Carr and Mackenzie Cook. The film is Electra's golden opportunity to prove her leading lady potential. And the smattering of smut certainly won't go amiss.

It's a wild tale of two frustrated film students who secure the services of the World's Number 1 Adult Porn Star - cue Electra who plays blue movie beauty Candy Fiveways, and lots of scenes of an adult nature.

Away from the movie set, Electra's personal life is just as colourful. The stunning 34-year-old has two failed marriages behind her and is constantly linked to a string of celebrity men.

Electra's first marriage - to infamous basketball player and 'Celebrity Big Brother' star Dennis Rodman - lasted just nine days. The star admitted she knew her Las Vegas union was a mistake within hours of tying the knot, revealing she had a feeling of dread as soon as she got on the plane home.

The couple's marriage was annulled nine days later. Electra said: "When I married Dennis deep down I knew it was stupid. I remember flying home and thinking, 'What did I do?' But I was scared of admitting what a silly mistake I'd made."

Her second union to Panic Channel guitarist Dave Navarro followed the same fate and the pair finalised their divorce in February after two and a half years of marriage. But Electra has rubbished reports that her divorce was caused by the couple's MTV reality show 'Til Death Do Us Part: Electra & Dave'.

Previously, Electra had gushed about the couple's steamy love life and said: "I've never been so compatible with a man. I want to make love to him all the time."

After two failed relationships, the star has confessed she is attracted to "dangerous" men.

The stunning actress claims she has always dated bad boys because they are exciting. She revealed: "I'm attracted to people who are dangerous. But I'm a good girl. I just like being around dangerous people who get me into trouble."

Since her recent split, Electra has rubbished rumours linking her to 'Dreamgirls' actor Jamie Foxx, saying she's loves her new single status. She said: "I'm not looking. I just want to be alone for a while. But it's scary you know? And you feel lonely, you want to grab onto something, but then you're not really dealing with the experience. You're just looking for a distraction. I want to feel the experience."

But Electra is enjoying life with the girls. She said: "It's been fun because I've had more time to hang out with my friends. It's just nice to reconnect and do fun stuff and have sleepovers, dancing, fun girl stuff."

But when Electra has the girls over, she may have more than just pyjama parties on her mind. The glamour model has cited fellow beauties Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba at the top of her bedroom wish list.

The star confessed she loves blonde Johansson's sexy looks. She said: "She's hot. Her sexiness is totally appreciated by girls like me."

But when Johansson's busy filming blockbuster movies, there's always the glamorous Sin City star to keep Electra entertained. "Jessica Alba is naturally pretty, she's very sweet. I feel in love with her because she's the nicest girl - she's sexy because she's got an incredible body".

And Electra is keen to pass on her tried-and-tested sex tips to fellow women across the world. She said: "I have a lingerie fetish - I love it. Don't be afraid of kinky clothing or accessories in the bedroom, it's fun if you get into lingerie or boots."

Despite her wanton ways, it's surprising that Electra hates her own body, claiming she can't make her stomach flat enough. The curvaceous beauty says, although she eats healthily and exercises three times a week, she sometimes feels so disgusted with her body she won't let men touch her.

The sexy model - who is renowned for her honed and toned curves - said: "When anything bad happens, my insecurities come flooding out. I look in the mirror and pick at my flaws. I hate my stomach. It's impossible to get it flat, and the area around my belly button drives me crazy."

But Electra is quick to cite sex and lap dancing among her choice exercise techniques. And neither does she mind prancing about the stage in skimpy costumes. The actress - who previously danced with the Pussycat Dolls - especially loves the way her skimpy costumes make her feel when she's performing both for fans and for her lover.

Electra confessed: "I kind of feel like, in my profession, I'm sexiest when I'm on stage performing and dancing. I put on lingerie, fishnet stockings, garter belts, bras. So much time and effort goes into pulling an outfit together."

But when she's not at the Playboy mansion or a showbiz party, Electra prefers to lounge around her in her pyjamas - unless a man rings her doorbell.

She said: "When I'm at home, I don't always feel like putting that stuff on. I'm really more of a T-shirt and sweats kind of girl. Wife-beaters and sweats. Except for when a fun and romantic moment comes up. Then, obviously, I dig into my bag of costumes. After all, I've got a lot to choose from."

These days Electra is working red carpet glamour to the max promoting her new movie. And as well as appearing on billboards throughout the world, the star has her face all over the Carmen Electra Prepaid Mastercard.

But for now the Hollywood hopeful is devoting her time to making movies. 'I Want Candy' has already been slammed by critics - but since when did bad reviews stop punters queuing up to see Carmen Electra take her clothes off.
