Church's Boyfriend Cleared Of Charges....
Latest: The boyfriend of Welsh singer Charlotte Church has been cleared of charges over his involvement in a disturbance on a train from London to Cardiff last month (Dec07).
Britain's Crown Prosecution Service decided on Friday (11Jan08) that rugby star Gavin Henson will not face trial due to insufficient evidence.
The 25-year-old had been ordered to appear in Cardiff magistrates court over the incident, in which the sportsman allegedly vomited and publicly urinated while in a first class carriage, before calling a fellow passenger a "fat c**t".
The three other men traveling with Henson are due before in court on Monday accused of disorderly conduct.

what does first class have to do with anything? that stuff is okay in 2nd class???
