Actor Christian Slater is hoping to cast funnyman Simon Pegg in an upcoming movie role.
The True Romance star, 38, is such a fan of Pegg's work, including his recent blockbuster Run, Fat Boy Run, he wants to work with him on his next project.
Speaking at the National Movie Awards in London on Friday (28Sep07), Slater says, "Simon's the guy I'm looking out for tonight. I'd like to have a talk with him about doing something together.
"I saw him the other day and thought 'Wow you're funny, you're good'.".
