Corey Haim has been laid to rest in a private family memorial in his native Toronto, Canada just days after he died from a suspected drug overdose.
The Lost Boys star was found unconscious at his mother's home in Los Angeles in the early hours of Wednesday morning (10Mar10) and pronounced dead on arrival at St. Joseph's hospital in Burbank, California.
Close friends and family gathered on Tuesday (16Mar10) to pay their final respects to the actor in a low-key ceremony at the Steels Memorial Chapel in Toronto.
Haim's cause of death will be released pending the results of his autopsy and toxicology reports.
On the eve of the funeral the actor's sister gave birth to a baby daughter.
Carol Haim, 40, welcomed baby girl Molly Rose into the world, her first child with her fiance, according to U.S. news show Access Hollywood.
