Cyndi Lauper is obsessed with door knockers.The pop star has been collecting the handles for years - and is desperate to display her finds in her house.The 52-year-old revealed: "I collect door knockers. "I've got them all in a closet at the moment because I've got nowhere to hang them. One day I want to put them up on a wall inside the house. I tried putting them on the outside before, but they started rusting." Lauper also revealed she tells lies about her pet dogs - to make people like them.She told Britain's Now magazine: "I'm a big fan of Labradors. I've got two and I love them."But not everybody does. They won't leave people alone, so I've started making up stories so that visitors will like them more. I say that I rescued them, via the internet, from being killed for food in the Far East."
