The Woman in Black Stays Top of U.K. Box Office

Daniel Radcliffe's film the Woman IN Black is continuing to thrill moviegoers, topping the U.K. box office chart for a second week.

The horror movie, about a lawyer haunted by a vengeful ghost, debuted in the top spot when it was released and the film reigned supreme this weekend (18-19Feb12) with takings of $5.6 million (?3.5 million).

The Muppets came a close second after gaining $5.4 million (?3.4 million), while Nicolas Cage's new film Ghost Rider Spirit Of Vengeance was in third with $2.1 million (?1.3 million).

The new 3D version of Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace was thefourth most popular film in Britain with takings of $1.7 million (?1.07 million) and Journey 2 The Mysterious Island rounded out the top five with $1.6 million (?1.06 million).
