Bach Sued Over March Dui

David Hasselhoff's ex-wife Pamela Bach is facing a lawsuit filed by an alleged victim of her drink driving accident in March (09).

The actress, who is facing another Dui charge following her arrest on Saturday (28Nov09), was taken into custody in California earlier this year(09), and accused by police of causing a chain of rear end collisions.

Bach was sentenced to probation for the March (09) accident, after pleading no contest to drink driving.

And now she's being sued by one of the drivers caught up in the crash -according to court filings, Mitchell Paulson claims Bach slammed into his car, causing him undisclosed injuries.

He is seeking unspecified damages.

Speaking after her arrest on Saturday, Bach blamed her law troubles on Hasselhoff's personal issues.

The embattled star was hospitalized for a reported seizure on Friday (27Nov09) and is recovering at home.

Vowing to seek professional help, she told Tmz.com, "I am remorseful and mortified. I am going through a really difficult time between David being in the hospital and dealing with the divorce".

Bach and Hasselhoff finalized their split in 2007.
