College Vows to Protect Letterman Interns

Bosses at a college in Connecticut are set to implement a new scheme to protect student interns working on the David Letterman show.
The talk show king was recently forced to confess a string of affairs with female colleagues, following an extortion attempt.
He made the announcement on his TV programme and subsequently apologised to his wife, Regina Lasko, for his inappropriate behaviour.

The news stunned officials at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, whosend their students to the show to gain experience in the broadcasting industry.
And now college bosses are planning new rules in a bid to protect female interns working on the show.
A representative for the university tells Tmz.com, "Due to recent circumstances we will have a discussion with those in charge of placing our interns at the David Letterman show in the future. We will diligently oversee this internship program to ensure that our interns are out of harm's way".
