Diane Kruger says her first major movie "sucked".
The actress played Helen of Troy in her breakthrough role in 2004's blockbuster movie 'Troy' alongside Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom, but says the experience was disappointing.
She told Britain's Esquire magazine: "You can't tell whether or not I can act from 'Troy'. It kind of sucked to be honest.
"I was just starting out and didn't want to play all the parts I was subsequently offered in these big movies. I had to get out."
The 31-year-old 'National Treasure' star also claims Hollywood bosses don't care about stars' acting ability.
Diane said: "What counts in Hollywood is box office.
"It doesn't really matter what people think of you as an actor because, as long as you have been in a movie that has made money, you will always get another job."
