Dita Von Teese Sues Erotica Company....
Burlesque star Dita Von Teese is suing a British company for failing to pay her performance fees for two shows in London.
In a lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the star claims the bosses of Erotica Limited owe her $25,000 (£12,500) for two performances at the Erotica trade show in November (07).
Von Teese, real name Heather Sweet, alleges Erotica promised to pay her $50,000 (£25,000) to perform two shows daily, but only paid her half.
She also alleges that the company is using her name and image to promote its 2008 event - without her permission.
