Donald Trump's lawsuit thrown out of court

Real-estate tycoon Donald Trump's bid to have planes silenced nears his members-only beach club in Florida has been thrown out of court.

The complaint filed by the American billionaire accuses Palm Beach International Airport officials of failing to assess the noise levels from jet engines.

 He argued that noise and vibrations from overhead aircraft lowered his property's value.

One of Trump's attornies claim he will refile the case, as the judge left him the option to refile an amended lawsuit within 20 days, according to the Associated Press.
