Italian fashion queen Donatella Versace has praised her daughter Allegra during her battle with anorexia. In March (07) the 21-year-old heir of the Versace empire began seeking medical treatment for the eating disorder, which she had suffered from for many years.Donatella was accompanied by her daughter Allegra at a ballet in her late brother Gianni's honour in Milan, Italy on Sunday (15Jul07).Donatella enthused, "Allegra is involved with her studies and she is getting better. Each person has their own way of reacting to pain, but she is doing well. "I'm proud of her." Allegra, the niece of Gianni, was left 50% of her uncle's empire when he died. Om her 18th birthday Allegra inherited half a billion dollars from the Versace empire.At her worst Allegra weighted just 70 pounds and was forced to undergo treatment and she was on 24 hour supervision and had to be fed through a naso-gastric tube.
