Doug Reinhardt Threatening Legal Action

Doug Reinhardt is threatening legal action against a gossip website over allegations he is trying to sell a sex-tape he made with ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton.
 
Rumours surfaced online earlier this week (begs20Dec10) suggesting Hilton had become the star of a second steamy home video while she was dating Reinhardt. The socialite previously starred in 2004's racy 1 Night In Paris, which was shot by another ex, film producer Rick Salomon.
 
Reinhardt's representative was quick to dismiss reports he was shopping around a tape, insisting "it doesn't exist and never existed."
 
And now the former The Hills star's lawyers have fired off a cease and desist to gossip website ZackTaylor.ca, warning the blogger to remove his claims or face a lawsuit.
 
In the missive, the lawyers state the reports are "false in every respect and... defamatory to Mr. Reinhardt."
