Rocker Eddie Van Halen only agreed to film a cameo role in U.S. sitcom Two And A Half Men after star Charlie Sheen begged him - because he's terrified of acting.
The guitar legend has turned down numerous offers to appear on film andTV, but always says no because he suffers from performance anxiety.
But pal Sheen talked him into accepting the walk-on role, and he's gladhe said yes.
Charlie and I had a great time, even though I was very nervous
Van Halen says, "I typically shy away from these requests as I am not an actor, but Charlie and I are friends and since it was a scene with him,I agreed. Charlie and I had a great time, even though I was very nervous".
The episode airs on 12 September (09).
