Supermodel Elle Macpherson has denied reports she is in a relationship with convicted drug smuggler Brian Burgess - and has threatened legal action if the press speculation continues.The Australian beauty, 44, was alleged to have embarked on a romance with the 56-year-old Brit after they were pictured together in her car.It was claimed by several British tabloids that Macpherson was aware that Burgess had been deported from Australia in 2000 after serving time for cocaine smuggling, and was prepared to stand by her new man.
