Eva Longoria Parker's Paparazzi Taco Decoy....

Actress Eva Longoria Parker helped an A-list friend avoid the paparazzi at the opening of her new Hollywood restaurant last month (Mar08) - by offering the photographers gathered outside free tacos. The Desperate Housewives star was joined by celebrities including singer Sheryl Crow at the launch of Beso - but one famous female friend would only attend if she didn't have to contend with the paparazzi. So Longoria Parker took out a tray of tacos to the snappers, while her celebrity pal sneaked into the restaurant via a back door.Longoria Parker says, "This was an evil plan. A friend of mine wanted to go to the restaurant (opening). She said, 'I want to go, I just don't feel the paparazzi tonight.' I'm not saying who it was."I said, 'You go in the back and I'll go out front and distract them.' I was like, 'What do I do?... I'll take them tacos.' Sure enough, I go out the front door... and she went right in the back and nobody saw her. Then we did the same thing on the way out. I brought out the dessert instead".Meanwhile in seperate news Eva Longoria Parker's husband Tony Parker is celebrating after a Los Angeles-based photo agency apologised for claiming he had an affair with a French model last summer (07).Parker and his wife sued X17 bosses after they claimed the basketball star romanced Alexandra Paressant after meeting her on his wedding day last July (07).And now, almost four months after X17 ran with the allegations, which were supported by Paressant, the agency chiefs have released an apology.

A statement reads, "X17online.com and X17, Inc. regret having been misled by Ms. Paressant and her representatives and apologize to Mr. Parker for any damage or inconvenience this may have caused him or his wife".

Parker has always insisted he has never met Paressant.
