Late actress Farrah Fawcett's son Redmond O'Neal has opened up about his ongoing drug treatment - insisting he is doing "very well" in his bid to kick his addictions since his mother's death.
O'Neal moved from a California prison cell into a drug rehab facility last Thursday (24Sep09) to continue his battle against addiction.
The 24-year-old son of actor Ryan O'Neal had been serving time behind bars in connection to a January 2008 drug arrest and a probation violation.
Earlier this month (Sep09), he was placed on three years' formal probation in Santa Clarita, California.
During a status hearing on Wednesday (30Sep09), O'Neal said that he is doing "very well" in a treatment program at the Impact Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in Pasadena, California - as he continues his year-long intensive treatment in a bid to kick his drug habit once and for all.
