Courteney Cox & Arquette Split Over Plastic Surgery....Former Friends star Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette face the ultimate test of their relationship if the actress ever goes under the knife for a nip and tuck.Cox is an advocate for plastic surgery while Arquette is opposed to cosmetic enhancement.She reveals, "(If I did that) it would be a battle between the two of us. He doesn't like any of that stuff.
"I think it's easy when you're a boy to say that."But Arquette insists he'll fight his wife all the way if she ever chooses to have a little plastic surgery: "I like how smiles make wrinkles.".
