Union In Mourning Over End Of Marriage
US actress Gabrielle Union has likened the end of her five-year marriage to losing a parent - and insists she won't be looking for love again any time soon.
The Bad Boys II star, who separated from American football player Chris Howard in November (05), blames herself for giving her husband too much space instead of trying to deal with their problems.
She says, "I'm still in mourning. It's like your father dying and somebody being, like, 'Well, I want to be your surrogate parent.' I'm not ready for that.
"I'm so wounded . . . and I feel like such a failure.
"I gave him so much space . . . I'm choking myself with it."
