Gael Garcia Bernal Denies Split Rumours

Gael Garcia Bernal's representative has dismissed reports the Mexican actor has split from his girlfriend amid rumours he is not the father of her child.
 
The Motorcycle Diaries star welcomed baby boy Lazaro with Argentinian actress Dolores Fonzi last year (09).
 
Online reports surfaced this week (begs01Feb10) suggesting Bernal had ended their longterm relationship after learning he may not be little Lazaro's biological dad.

But Bernal's spokesperson has denied the reports to People.com and a source close to the star insists the rumours are false.
 
The insider says, "It's completely untrue. (They) are happy together and they love their son. This is totally made up."

Bernal returns to the big screen later this year with Letters To Juliet, which sees him star alongside Amanda Seyfried and Vanessa Redgrave.
