George Clooney Denies Engagement Rumours

George Clooney has brushed off reports he's engaged to his new girlfriend.
 
The movie hunk began dating Italian actress and TV personality Elisabetta Canalis this summer (09) and was so instantly smitten, he moved her into his Studio City home in California.
 
New reports have suggested the actor recently proposed to the brunette beauty, before inviting her to live with him in his Lake Como home in Italy.
 
But Clooney insists he has no plans to wed just yet, with his representative telling GossipCop.com the rumours are "not true".

The actor has had a busy few day at the London Film Festival as he has had no fewer than three movies on show in quick succession.

Animation movie Fantastic Mr Fox opened the festival on Wednesday night followed by war movie The Men Who Stare At Goats.

And this weekend he was back on the red carpet for Up In The Air, which teams him with Juno filmmaker Jason Reitman.

The movie has been a hit on the festival circuit so far this year and looks like it might feature heavily during the awards season.
