The End For Mirren's Prime Suspect Character.... British actress Dame Helen Mirren has let slip that her character in long-running British TV police drama Prime Suspect will die at the end of the next series.The 61-year-old has been playing Dci Jane Tennison in the gritty show on-and-off since 1991 and she has let slip the dramatic end to Prime Suspect 7, which is set to air on Itv1 later this year (06).She says, "As far as I know, at this time, that is the end for Jane Tennison.But who knows what might happen..."She might come back from the dead!
