Ford Rides a Horse Through New York

Harrison Ford surprised pedestrians in New York on Monday (18Jul11) by riding through the city streets on horseback.

The 69-year-old Indiana Jones star was filming an appearance on David Letterman's TV talk show as he promotes new movie Cowboys and Aliens, and heagreed to prove his equestrian skills.

Both Ford and Letterman saddled up to ride two horses, named Chase and Shane, through the streets, much to the surprise of passers-by, who stopped to take photographs as the talk show host smiled and waved.
