Heath Ledger's father has promised the late star's daughter will inherit his estate.
The 'Brokeback Mountain' actor - who died of an accidental drug overdose in January - left his estimated multi-million dollar fortune to his parents and three sisters, but the family have confirmed they will be passing everything to his two-year-old daughter Matilda Rose.
Before the announcement, it had been claimed Matilda's mother Michelle Williams was to lodge a claim on the will - which Heath made before his daughter was born - to ensure the child was adequately provided for.
Heath's father Kim said: "There is no claim. Our family has gifted everything to Matilda."
The will was probated in private at the Supreme Court in Perth, Australia, but details of the late actor's exact estate have not yet been confirmed.
Accountant Mark Dyson, who is acting as executor of the will, refused to reveal how much Matilda will inherit.
A series of documents filed in the Manhattan Surrogate Court around the time of Heath's death revealed he had less than $145,000 in New York assets at the time the will was written, including a $25,000 Toyota Prius hybrid car and $20,000 in furniture and fixtures.
