Heather Mills Faces Legal Threat For Trespass.... Sir Paul McCartney's estranged wife Heather Mills could face legal action for trespassing after entering an English farm to highlight alleged animal cruelty.The former model paid a late night visit to the farm in Somerset earlier this month (Mar07) as part of a campaign for vegetarian group Viva!.But after learning of the illegal trip, owner Michael Underhill is threatening to sue Mills for trespassing and even alleges the party could have brought disease onto his land. He says, "This is trespass, I intend to take legal action over this.We can't just have people coming on to the farm whenever they choose."We have had some sickness in the piglets recently - these people could have brought disease onto the farm. They don't know the harm they are causing."In the campaign footage of the pig farm, Mills accuses British chain store Marks & Spencer of buying meat from farms which use the narrow farrowing crates, and even uses the company's own slogan in her attack.
