Caan's Ex Wants Custody of Kids

Veteran actor James Caan will have to fight for his two children with estranged wife Linda Stokes - his ex has filed for physical custody of the kids following their split last month (Nov09).

The star, who turns 70 in March (10), initially filed for divorce in 2005, before calling off the split and reconciling weeks later.

Caan filed new papers in November (09), citing irreconcilable differences, and now Stokes has lodged a claim for full physical custody of sons James, 14, and Jacob, 11, reports Tmz.com.

She is also requesting spousal support from Caan and wants the actor tocover her lawyer's fees, although she is willing to allow the star visitation rights and joint legal custody of the boys.

Stokes became Caan's fourth wife when the couple wed in 1995.
