McAvoy And Duff Trying for Parenthood

James McAvoy could soon be a father - he and his actress wife Anne-Marie Duff are hoping to start a family.

The pair met on the set of U.K. TV comedy Shameless before falling in love and tying the knot in 2006.

And now Duff, who lives in London with McAvoy, is hoping to extend their family by becoming a first-time mother.

I would love to have a baby

She explains, "I would love to have a baby. As soon as the big fella (God) makes it happen, it would be brilliant. I'm not putting it off but unfortunately bodies don't work that way".

And she admits she and McAvoy are already getting plenty of practice atbaby-making, laughing "Of course, I enjoy sex. I have nerve endings. I mean, who doesn't? Well, I suppose if you have five kids you might not".
