Jamie Foxx is in talks to appear in 'Law Abiding Citizens'.
The 'Ray' actor is reportedly set to star alongside Gerard Butler in the psychological thriller, which is being directed by 'The Mist' helmer Frank Darabont.
Jamie plays a vigilante who is left devastated when he learns that because of a plea bargain, one of his wife and daughter's murderers will be freed from prison, leading him to seek revenge on the killers and legal officials involved in making the deal.
Gerard - who plays the district attorney who set up the deal that sees the murderer go free - is producing the film with his Evil Twin partner Alan Siegel, along with Warp Films' Lucas Foster and Film Department's Mark Gill.
