Janet Jackson Lands Film Role... Grieving Janet Jackson has landed a new movie role.
The singer/actress, who is currently in mourning following the death of her brother Michael on Thursday (25Jun09), will appear in the sequel to 2007 film Why Did I Get Married?
Jackson will reprise her role as author and psychologist Patricia in the new flick entitled Why Did I Get Married Too?, which is slated for release next year (10).
