Jason Statham Wants Crow Role....

British action man Jason Statham is urging studio executives to consider him for the lead in a planned remake of The Crow.Brandon Lee lost his life on the set of the 1994 cult film, when a prop gun was replaced with a real pistol for a shooting scene.But the movie's controversy hasn't put Snatch star Statham off revisiting the role of Eric Draven.

He says, "There's talk of them redoing The Crow. That was a good movie. So, if that one comes my way, bang! "There's so many comic book movies out there and most of the time there's only a handful of people who can do them any justice. Hopefully, they'll come my way for one of them".
