Jodie Sweetin Signs Book Deal...

Former child star Jodie Sweetin has signed a six-figure deal for her forthcoming memoir about her struggle to sober up.

The former Full House actress tells all about her battle with drugs and alcohol in the book, tentatively titled Wild Cards - three years after kicking her habit.

The project has been picked up by Simon Spotlight, a division of publishing giant Simon & Schuster.
