Francis Retracts $1 Million Offer To Ny Governor's Hooker....

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has withdrawn his $1 million offer to the prostitute who brought down New York Governor Eliot Spitzer - because she has already bared all for his Dvd franchise.Francis, who was recently released from jail in Florida, wanted Ashley Alexandra Dupre to pose for a Girls Gone Wild photo spread, appear on a Ggw Dvd and tour. The deal came just days after Hustler boss Larry Flynt offered Dupre the same cash to pose naked for his Porn Magazine.

But Francis has now changed his mind and retracted the big money offer after his Ggw employees unearthed video footage from 2003 featuring Dupre stripping off on a dancefloor. He then planned to release the footage on the internet - but the idea has been thwarted by Dupre's lawyer, Don Buchwald, who claims the call girl was just 17 at the time of the shoot - not 18 as Francis had previously claimed. In an email to one of Francis' publicists, Buchwald says he was "informed by Ashley that the video was in fact taken when she was underage (17)".Buchwald also accuses Francis of having prior knowledge about Dupre's real age, adding: "It was because she was underage that he sent her home on a Greyhound bus back to North Carolina. It would be outrageous at the very least to play the video of an underage female on the Internet".
