Julianne Hough Not Engaged to Seacrest

A representative for Ryan Seacrest has brushed off reports the American Idol host proposed to girlfriend Julianne Hough on a recent trip to Paris, France.

The country music star has been dating Seacrest since earlier this year (10) and Hough opened up about the romance to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres last month (Nov10), gushing, "He's phenomenal. He's really romantic."

The couple jetted off to Paris for Thanksgiving last week (25Nov10) and U.S. tabloid The National Enquirer subsequently claimed the pair had become engaged on the romantic trip.

But Seacrest's rep has been quick to dismiss the rumours, telling GossipCop.com the article is "not true".
