Katie Holmes has denied a report she's pregnant with her second child.The Batman Begins star and husband Tom Cruise, who have a 22-month-old daughter, Suri, together, are said to be expecting another baby in the new edition of American magazine OK!.But Holmes' spokesperson has dismissed the report as false: "She's not pregnant".
