R. Kelly Trial Delayed Again....

R. Kelly's five-year-old child pornography trial has been delayed again to allow the lead prosecution attorney to enjoy motherhood a little longer.

Lawyer Shauna Boliker has requested an extension to her maternity leave, which has been granted by Chicago, Illinois court officials.

Kelly - who has entered a not guilty plea - was due to stand trial on 17 September (07), but a new start date has yet to be determined.
