Kelly Plans Christmas Tour....
Troubled soul star R. Kelly is making early Christmas (07) plans to tour without getting official permission to leave his native Chicago, Illinois.
The singer/songwriter initially denied reports he was planning a winter tour with Keyshia Cole and Ne-Yo but has now come clean about the tour after Cole let the news slip in a recent interview.
Kelly now must persuade the judge overseeing his ongoing child pornography trial to let him leave the state for the 39 dates, which are set to begin in November (07).
