Grammer Dreads Leaving Family for Work

Kelsey Grammer has mixed feelings about returning to work on upcoming TV show Hank - because he doesn't want to spend too much time away from his family.

The 54-year-old actor suffered a near-fatal heart attack last May (09),which he has hinted was brought on by stress stemming from the cancellation of his U.S. TV series Back To You.

The former Frasier star has been resting and relaxing at home with his wife Camille and their two children - and admits he will struggle leavingthem as he films his new sitcom.

In the past five years, I've spent a lot of time with them

He says, "It's hard now because I've established such a connection withmy family. That's different than it used to be. In the past five years, I've spent a lot of time with them. "So I find that more precious than I did before.

It's important that the work doesn't intrude on that".
