Federline's insurance job

Kevin Federline is to star in an insurance commercial.The aspiring rapper, the estranged husband of Britney Spears, has been hired by Nationwide Insurance to star in one of their advertisements. The advert is set to run during some of the most expensive airtime on US television.Male model Fabio Lanzoni and MC Hammer have both previously endorsed the company and both were featured in ads which mocked their own image.Nationwide Insurance's motto is, "Life comes at you fast".A source is quoted by gossip website TMZ.com as saying: "If the old ads are anything to go by Kevin will definitely be making fun of himself."No one knows what the subject of the commercial will be yet but it could be to do with his split with Britney, or their custody battle over the kids."Britney - who has two sons with Kevin, 16-month-old Sean Preston and 4-month-old Jayden James - filed for divorce last November.

The couple are believed to have signed a pre-nuptial agreement so Kevin - who was previously a backing dancer on the singer's tour - is not expected to make any financial gain from the divorce.

Both are seeking full custody of their sons.
