Twilght stars on the road & Stewart graduates
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart thrilled hundreds of fans in Los Angeles on Friday night (06Nov09) as they kicked off their Mall Tour to promote The Twilight Saga New Moon.
The pair, along with co-star Taylor Lautner, took to the stage in the Hollywood and Highland Center and sent waiting fans into a frenzy.
Pattinson told the crowd, "First of all, thanks to you guys. Without you, Twilight wouldn't be anywhere, so thanks very much".
And Lautner stunned fans further by announcing "We have a special treat. The whole entire cast is about ready to come on stage and they're going to answer your questions so thank you, it should be exciting".

The trio was then joined onstage by the rest of the cast, including Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene.
The waiting audience had earlier been entertained by performances by Death Cab For Cutie, Sea Wolf, Anya Marina and Band of Skulls, who all havetracks on the upcoming vampire movie's soundtrack.
The Twilight Mall Tour is continuing across the U.S. over the next two weeks, before wrapping up in New York on 19 November (09).
Stewart has graduated high school after passing her last exams on the set of the new Twilight movie.
After quitting school to pursue acting as a teen, the star has taken classes with tutors on movie sets.
The 19 year old finally qualified between scenes on the Vancouver, Canada set of Eclipse, at exactly the same time as her character Bella - so the fictional graduation ceremony she shot for the film doubled up as her real one.
In a chat with Dennis Hopper for the latest issue of Interview magazine, Stewart reveals, "I know it's a little late, and I'm a little old, but I just finished high school - with honours.
"The other day I was doing a graduation scene on Eclipse and I had just finished high school myself the week before, so I told the crew, 'Hey, just so you know, I'm actually graduating right now, and I'm not going to have another ceremony.'
"So I took a mock picture with an extra. I literally asked the actor to come back and shake my hand and hand me the diploma while I was dressed in a cap and gown."
