Liam Hemsworth Defends Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus' boyfriend Liam Hemsworth has come to her defence following the release of a raunchy video which showed her dirty dancing with a movie producer - insisting the teenager "has a good head on her shoulders".
 
The Hannah Montana star has been dating the Australian actor since they met on the set of their film The Last Song (09).
 
A video from the movie's wrap party sparked controversy last week (beg10May10), with footage of Cyrus, who was 16 years old at the time, grinding up against a 44-year-old producer on the dance floor.
 
But Hemsworth is adamant his girlfriend shouldn't let the media storm bother her, because the criticism is all part of being a star.
 
He tells Hollywoodlife.com, "Everyone gets criticism, it's kind of what comes with this job... everybody's trying to bring you down.

"She's got a good head on her shoulders. She's a great girl."
