Lady Gaga Is Named Highest Earning Female Musician

Lady Gaga has been named the highest earning woman in music.
Her estimated income came in at an astonishing $90 million (£56.3 million) which enabled her to top the list of Forbes Magazine’s 2011’s Wealthiest Female Stars.
Gaga’s earnings are suspected to be down to her endorsement deals and long-running world tour.
The Born This Way star’s nearest rival is country singer Taylor Swift who came second with an estimated earning of $48 million (£28 million) still only half of Gaga’s earnings.
Katy Perry closely followed Swift with an estimated $44 million (£27.5 million). Beyonce and Rihanna placed respectively at fourth and fifth.
