Lady Gaga does her best Poker Face

Lady Gaga has taken over James Morrison and Nelly Furtado’s rule of the charts as her new single Poker Face dove right in at number one.

The pop star's latest track has climbed two spots to take pole position, pushing Morrison's duet with Furtado, Broken Strings, to two.

Lily Allen's The Fear is at three, and Lady Gaga claims another spot at four with Just Dance. Former chart-topper Katy Perry rounds out the top five with Hot N Cold.

Meanwhile, Bruce Springsteen is still the king of Europe - his album Working On A Dream is the continent's most popular disc for the third week running.

Lily Allen's sophomore LP, It's Not Me, It's You, is a new entry on the European albums chart at two, while Seal remains in third place with Soul.
