Streep Put the Strain on Lake Bell

Actress Lake Bell had a battle with nerves on the set of romantic comedy IT'S Complicated - because she couldn't concentrate on her lines wheneverher heroine Meryl Streep was on set.

Bell, who played Streep's love rival in the 2009 film, admits she flubbed her lines every time the Oscar-winner walked on set, and her nerves got so bad director Nancy Meyers felt she had to intervene.

Bell tells New York Magazine, "It was incredibly challenging to play tough and cool considering I was in scenes with my godd**n hero Meryl Streep. "On my first day, Nancy Meyers had to pull me aside and she said, 'You need to get it together...' I just couldn't find the power, my inner Angelina Jolie".
