Pop star Lance Bass is looking to make a small fortune on a house deal after putting his colonial mansion in Los Angeles up for sale.

The former 'N Sync star is selling the four-bedroom estate, which features two pools and a gym, for Usd3.9 million (Gbp2.4 million).

Savvy Bass is getting lots of free publicity as he tries to sell his home - he recently opened up the mansion for a-day-in-the-life-of piece for U.S. news show The Insider.
