Laurence Fishburne's porn star daughter Montana has called in lawyers to ban the sale of film footage of her"practising" for her adult movie debut.
The 19 year old fell out with her famous father earlier this month (Aug10) when it emerged she had appeared in an X-rated movie and wanted a long term career in the sex industry.
And she's already showing a determination to exercise control over her image rights - the teenager's legal team has fired off a letter to a male porn star who she claims has leaked footage of her in training for her first role.
The paperwork, obtained by TMZ.com, claims Brian Pumper rehearsed porn scenes with Fishburne but the footage was never meant to be released.
The website reports Pumper has not yet responded to the demands to stop selling the "Phattys Rhymes & Dimes 14" film.
