Lindsay Lohan Starts Community Service Work

Lindsay Lohan is ready to start her community service just days after she was charged for violating the terms of her probation.
 
The Mean Girls star, who pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanour charge relating to the alleged theft of a necklace back in January (11), was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 400 hours of community service on Friday (22Apr11).
 
However, during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, which will air in its entirety on Tuesday (26Apr11), the actress reveals she will begin her required hours at the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles this week (beg25Apr11).
 
Website TMZ.com reports she must also complete 120 hours at the County Morgue.
 
The probation stems from a 2007 DUI charge.
