Lindsay Lohan has been upsetting fellow patients at her rehab facility by refusing to take part in group activities. The 'Mean Girls' star was admitted to Utah's Cirque Lodge last Sunday (05.08.07) where patients must take part in group activities and meetings three times a day.Jane P, a patient who checked out of the facility last Tuesday (07.08.07), said: "It's important for people to work together to show others are going through the same thing. "However, that was not the case with her. By the time I left she had not attended any group meetings and she supposedly got a private room."But contradictory sources claim Lindsay, 21, has been a "model patient" and Jane P. was "a problem" who checked out against medical advice.Meanwhile, Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, plans to sue the actress' former bodyguard who claimed the young star's problems were down to bad parenting.Tony Almeida - who was Lindsay's bodyguard between 2002 and 2005 - alleged Michael and Dina Lohan were wild, abusive, neglectful, party-loving people who needed to keep their "cash cow" daughter working to pay the bills.
