Lindsay Lohan and best pal Sam Ronson have further fuelled speculation they're lovers after the DJ bought the actress a commitment ring.Sources claim Ronson bought the actress/singer a $22,000 (£11,000) Cartier diamond ring on Monday (07Jul08).The insider says, "Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday... It's not an engagement ring, simply a token of her commitment".

Lohan and Ronson are long-time friends, but romance reports hit the headlines in May (08) when the ladies were spotted kissing and cuddling at a Cannes Film Festival party in France.
